4 C. Sugar
1 can evaporated milk
Lb. Butter

2 large Hershey bars
1 bottle marshmallow whip
1 tsp. vanilla
I Large or 2 small packages of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients: Let cook five minutes or soft ball.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and pour over nuts
