2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans tomatoes with green chilies
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 large bag tortilla chips, crushed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, salt, pepper, and onions in a large skillet. Add soups, tomatoes, and green chilies. Mix well. Layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish, the ground beef mixture, tortilla chips, and cheese, making sure that you finished with crushed chips and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot and bubbly.
