Ingredients:  
2 bags of frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix.
1.5 cans of mushroom soup.
1.5 cups of sour cream.
1 16oz can of fried onions.
16oz shredded swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost vegetables.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in a casserole dish sprayed with pam.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
