1/2 tsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1 onion diced 1 cup celery diced 1/2 cup carrots diced 2 1/2 frozen three pepper and onion blend 3 cans chicken broth 2 cans chili with beans 1 can black beans drain and rinse 1 can mexican style tomatoes 1 T. taco seasoning
Saute all veggies in oil until tender.Add all remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
