4 15 oz cans black beans 2 15 oz cans whole corn 2 red bell peppers diced 1 cup cilantro chopped finely 1 cup parsley chopped finley 2/3 cup lime juice 6 garlic cloves 1/2 cup olive oil 2 tsp crushed red pepper 1 tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients. Let stand two to four hours. Serve with nacho chips and fresh veggies.
