1-1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and seasoned with pepper and garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. chopped onion
1 dozen flour tortillas
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together but tortillas and cheese. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In pan, layer 1/2 torn tortillas, 1/2 beef mix, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
