1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mint Cream Center:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
2 T. green creme de menthe liqueur
1/2-3/4 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
Chocolate Glaze:
6 T. butter or margarine
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Microwave butter in large bowl at high 2 min. or until melted. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Add cocoa, flour and baking powder; beat until well blended. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25-30 min. or until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan. Cool in pan on wire rack. To make Mint Cream Center: Combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread on cake. Cover and refrigerate. To make Chocolate Glaze: Microwave butter and chocolate chips at high 1 min. or until mixture is smooth when stirred. Cool slightly. Pour over chilled dessert. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hr. before serving.
