1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
A variety of fruit - bananas, peaches, strawberries, grapes or any other fruit.
1-1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 T. real lemon juice
3 T. cornstarch

Mix margarine, powdered sugar and flour in a 9 x 12 pan. Pat down and bake 15 min. at 350. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of crust. Put a layer of fruit over this.
For Glaze:
Mix in saucepan water, sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Boil until thick and pour over fruit. Refrigerate.
