2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Take enough mixture to shape into a thin pattie on the palm of your hand. On each pattie place a strip of bacon & a strip of swiss cheese. Roll up jelly roll fashion.

Whip eggs, dip meat rolls in egg mixture & roll in fine bread crumbs. Saute turning over until done.

Mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, 1 can mushrooms season with salt & pepper.
