Sweet Chips: Use soft flour tortillas and squeezable Margarine.

Cinnamon Sugar:
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Mocha:
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp finely crushed instant coffee granules

Chocolate:
1/2 cup instant chocolate powder mix

Cheesy:
Commercially grated Parmesan cheese

Spicy:
Taco seasoning

Directions:
Preheat baking stone in 400F over for 10 minutes. Bake tortilla on baking stone 2-3 minutes per side or until crisp. Remove from oven. Using pastry brush, immediately brush one side lightly with margarine or oil. Place topping of your choice in flour/ sugar shaker and sprinkle over tortilla. Cool and break into pieces to serve. Store in airtight container.
