Asparagus
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bottom third off of asparagus and place in pan or bowl big enough to lay flat

Cover with cold water and soak for up to 2 hours.

Just before grilling, drain water, generously sprinkle with Kosher Salt, Ground Black Pepper and drizzle with Olive Oil.

Grill Asparagus on indoor our outdoor grill for a few minutes until slightly charred.
