2 c. cooked penne rigata, chilled
2 c. vegetable mix, steamed and chilled:
(broccoli, cauliflower, red bell peppers)
1/4 c. black olives, sliced and drained
2 T. dried basil
2 T. green onions, finely chopped
2 6-oz. cans tuna in water, drained
1 c. creamy Italian dressing
Romaine lettuce

Directions:

Cook pasta as directed on package, chill. Mix all ingredients together, chill. Serve over lettuce.
