1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. apples, finely chopped
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, gradually add sugar and salt, beat several minutes to dissolve sugar. Mix together in small bowl flour and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Stir in apples and nuts, spread in buttered 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. When served you can add Cool Whip.
