8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. cornstarch
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl; beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Add eggs, beat after each. Blend in milk and vanilla, set aside. In small pan; combine cornstarch and remaining sugar. Stir in pineapple; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour into pie shell; spoon cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 400 F. for 10 minutes Reduce heat to 325 F., bake 45-50 minutes, or until center is done. Cool completely; chill before serving.
