2 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2/3 c. sugar
5 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
9" baked pie shell
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
In medium pan warm milk, add egg yolks. Mix in small bowl; sugar, flour and salt. Add to milk mixture, cook until thick, add vanilla. Blend together in small bowl; confectioners sugar and peanut butter, spread in pie shell. Add cooled cooked mixture. Top with cool whip. Keep refrigerated.
