3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. butter Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
5 T. cold water (put ice in glass with water)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl; combine flour, salt and cut in Crisco. In small bowl combine; egg, vinegar and water, mix with wire whisk. Add to flour mixture. Make into 3 balls. Flour a bread board; roll out balls, one at a time, place in pie pan. To bake a crust to fill later; bake at 450 F. for 12-15 minutes. To use with a filling that needs to bake, use that filling directions. I freeze extra crust in the freezer.
