1 medium onion
2 chili peppers
2 tbs. shortening
1 cup tomatoes (can use 1/2 can tomato soup)
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop 1 medium onion and 2 chili peppers into 2 tbsp. shortening and brown until onions are clear. Add 1 cup tomatoes or 1/2 can tomato soup, 1 tsp. chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are done. Add 2 well-beaten eggs and cook slowly while adding eggs. Add 1 cup of American cheese and cook stir until smooth. Serve with different types of chips.
