8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 c powdered sugar
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp real vanilla or almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until creamy. Spread frosting over cooled cake. Or, store covered in refrigerator until ready to use. If refrigerating, let frosting stand at room temperature 30 minutes until slightly softened before spreading.
