1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced olives
2 bunches green onions (tops and all)
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbls. sugar
1 tbls. Cavender's Greek seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mushrooms, olives, onions, and cheese together. Use the remaining ingredients to make salad dressing. Mix the dressing well, and pour over salad and toss.
