1/2 cup pinto beans, cooked & mashed 1 lb. confectioners sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1/4 tsp. maple extract 1/2 cup nutmeats
Mix thoroughly, the beans, confectioners sugar and salt. Melt the chocolate chips and combine with the sugar mixture. Add the maple extract and nutmeats to the chocolate-sugar mixture and mix well. Spread into a well greased pan. Refrigerate and chill well before serving.
