1/2 cup shortening, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp soda, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup mashed bananas (usually 2)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients & mix well. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Makes 2 small loaves.
