1 can pumpkin, 2 egg yolks (save whites), 1 cup white sugar, 1/4 tsp salt (scant), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, pinch of ginger (optional), 3 T melted butter, & 1 cup milk

Directions:

Blend well, beat egg whites and fold in. Bake in 9 inch pie shell at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
