For a nine inch pie - 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup shortening pinch of salt & 1/4 cup sour cream

Mix flour, shortening and salt together & then blend in the sour cream. ** Blend but don't overwork or it won't be flaky.**

For a ten inch pie, use 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup shortening, & 1/3 cup sour cream. Milk can also be used instead of sour cream.
