3 lbs. beef - cut up (I used to use several lbs of neck bones)1 pint tomatoes (you can get crushed now), 6 small onions - chopped (3 med), 3 T sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup Worchestershire Sauce, & 1 T salt

Simmer 4 hours and mash up any chunks of meat left
