Pork steak or chops Salt & pepper 1 med. onion 1 clove garlic (more if you like garlic) 1 bottle green taco sauce 1 small can green chilies
Brown pork in oil, drain and dice into bite size pieces. Put into large saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients. Make a brown gravy with pan drippings and add to other ingredients in saucepan. Simmer on low for 30 min. Serve over homemade burritos.
