15 oz. condensed milk (1 can)
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. key lime juice

1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Chill milk in fridge for several hours. place in bowl and beat at high speed. Add lime juice slowly, scraping bowl. Add egg yolks, one at a time, continue beating.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into pie shell (I prefer graham cracker pie crust for this), chill for several hours
