24 Oreos or Hydrox cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
24 marshmallows
2/3 c. milk
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
2 jigger's of Creme de Menthe (about 1/4 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Oreos and melted butter and put in the bottom of a pie plate or spring form pan. Refrigerate. (Save some crubs for the top of the pie.) Melt the marshmallows and milk in a double boiler or the microwave; cool.
Whip the cream and fold into the marshmallow mix.
Add the Creme de Menthe. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 8 - 10 minutes before serving.

This was a popular dessert in the 50's and 60's.
Another recipe I have for it calls for 1 1/2 oz. creme de menthe and 1 1/2 oz. creme de cocoa (white).
