2 Eggs
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2/3 cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
2 Cups Self-Rising Flour (sifted)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat eggs well.
Add oil, sugar, vanilla and flour. Blend Well.
Drop from a teaspoon onto cookie sheets.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on a rack.

Note: these tea cakes can be mixed, cooked and kitchen cleaned up in 30 minutes. Very good! Makes approximately 36 teacakes.
