1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 c. chicken broth or water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground beef, uncooked rice, onion, salt, and pepper. Roll into small balls. (approx. 12-15) Brown lightly in small amount of cooking oil. Drain excess fat. Add chicken broth and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until rice is tender.
