1 16 oz. pkg spaghetti noodles, broken in half
4 cans chicken broth
2 c. chopped chicken breasts
1 small onion, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans rotel tomatoes
2 c. shredded monterey jack/cheddar blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook noodles in chicken broth until well done. Drain. Saute onions and bell pepper and mix with chicken, soups, chilies, and undrained tomatoes. Pour into noodles and mix well. Pour into a large casserole dish, top with cheese and cook in a 350 oven until cheese is melted, and spaghetti is bubbly.
