3/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil 1 c. sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 T. water 1 16 oz. small only peas 1 16 oz. can white shoe peg corn 1 2 oz. jar chopped pimento 1 sweet green pepper diced 1 16 oz. can French cut green beans 1 c. diced celery 1 small onion diced
Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, water, bring to a boil. Drain all vegetables & combine - add vinegar mixture, toss gently and refrigerate 1 1/2 hours.
