3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp grated onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Accent
1 tsp tarragon
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Place into 11x7x1 inch backing dish. Top with potato chips and cheese that have been combined. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes and serve immediately.
