1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 medium onion, minced
1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 c. shredded cheese
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up in small pieces
6 large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tortillas in half. Line greased baking dish with 4 tortilla halves. Lightly saute the onion and bell pepper. Mix soup, milk, onion, green chills, bell pepper, tomatoes,and chicken. Heat thoroughly. Alternate layers of chicken mixture with tortillas. Top with grated cheese and bake in a 400 oven for 30 minutes.

When the casserole comes out of the oven, I like to top it with chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, and sliced black olives. My kids used to ask for this recipe quite often.
