1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. celery, thinly sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic in oil
3 c. tomatoes, peeled, chopped
1 T. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat; add pepper, celery, onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, vinegar and pepper. Bring to boil, cover, simmer, 15 minutes.
