2 lbs. small red potatoes
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/ tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut each potato into quarters. Brush with oil, roll in spices. Bake on greased baking sheet 20 minutes, turning once.
