Beat yolks 3 eggs. Add1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 teas.lemon extract or 1 Tbl. juice, 1/2 c. water. Add 2 teas.baking powder mixed with 2 c. flour. Beat whites of eggs stiff and add to mixture. Put in cold oven and bake @ 350 f. about 40 min. Use a long loaf pan 4 x 13 x 21/2" or make cupcakes.
