1 ten ounce package frozen peas, thawed
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped cauliflower
cup diced green onion
cup sour cream
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

1 cup chopped cashews
Crisp cooked bacon (crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add bacon and cashews when ready to serve.

Notes: I run hot water over the frozen peas before adding them to the salad.
I use regular onion and half cashews (instead of chopped cashews). Add the cashews and bacon just before serving or they get soggy.
