2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c milk
1 c all-purpose flour
1 T cooking oil
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients and beat until combined.

Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet; remove from heat. Spoon 2 T batter;lift and tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat; brown on one side only. Invert over paper towel and remove crepe. Repeat with remaining batter and grease when needed.

Serve with fresh fruit, jam, Nutella, lemon curd, etc.
