cup of maple flavored syrup
cup catsup
cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon ginger
teaspoon garlic powder
2 pounds of chicken wings with tips removed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a 2-quart saucepan. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat about 6 minutes.

Cut wings in half at joint, discard tips.
Place wings in a bowl
Pour sauce over chicken, coating evenly.
Refrigerate several hours or over night.
Place in foil lined dish 12X10 (a jelly roll pan or deep cookie sheet works well).
Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes, spooning sauce over chicken occasionally.
