2 cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa (I use Nestles Quick)
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Mix milk, shortening and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients while mixing.
Add vanilla.

Grease and flour (or use baker’s joy) a Bundt pan.
Pour cake batter into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 mins.
Allow cake to cool before removing it from the pan.
After the cake has cooled completely sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
