Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breast 12 oz. bottle Frank's Hot Sauce 2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese 16 oz. bottle blue cheese salad dressing or ranch dressing if you don't like blue cheese 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese or combination

Directions:In a large saucepan, cover the chicken w/water and bring to a boil until cooked through. Drain chicken and shred with 2 forks. Preheat oven to 350º. In a 13x9 baking pan combine shredded chicken w/hot sauce spreading to form an even layer. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese & salad dressing stirring until smooth and hot. Pour mixture evenly over the chicken.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
