"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
10 count refrigerated biscuits 5 hot dogs cut in half 2 American Cheese slices cut in 20 pieces* ( *optional )
Open the 10 count refrigerated biscuit package. Cut 5 hot dogs in half. *Cut the 2 American Cheese slices in 20 pieces. Using a heavy drinking glass, roll each biscuit flat.Place 2 pieces of cheese in the center of each circle, and a half hot dog. Starting from the end of the dough, roll it up and pinch the ends (so the melted cheese won't drip out). Lay them on your pan, slightly separated with the pinched side down. Cook at 400 for about 10 min or until browned.
You can substitute lil smokies & crescent roll dough if you like.
