4 tomatoes, peeled, sliced
10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
9" pre-baked deep dish pie shell
1 c. mozzarella, grated
1 c. cheddar, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place tomatoes in colander to drain. Use medium bowl; mix mayonnaise, cheeses, salt and pepper. Layer the tomato slices, basil, onion in pie shell. Season. Spread mayonnaise/cheese mixture on top of tomatoes, bake 30 minutes. Serve warm.
