2 cans cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
2 1/2 c. penne pasta
1/4 c. olive oil
1 stick butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. processed cheese
1 c. muenster cheese
1 c. monterey jack cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 c. panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta noodles until done. Drain and toss with olive oil. In a large saucepan, add 1 c. of the cheddar cheese, soup, milk, butter, muenster, processed cheese and monterey jack cheese. Cook on low until all cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Mix together the sauce and pasta. Pour into a large casserole dish and top with 1 c. cheddar cheese and panko crumbs. Bake in a 350 oven until cheese is bubbly and bread crumbs are light brown.

This is the mac and cheese recipe that I have made up. You can use any kind of cheese. My grandkids think that this is the best mac and cheese ever!!!
