1 20 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
2 sticks butter
1 large onion, chopped
4 celery ribs
1 8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. processed cheese food

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions, but only cook til half done. Drain in colander, pat dry with paper towel and set aside. Saute celery and onion in melted butter until lightly browned. Drain mushrooms and pat dry with paper towel. Add to pan with onions and celery. Add soup. Cut cheese into 1 inch squares and add to soup mixture. Add broccoli and mix lightly. Cover pan and let simmer until cheese melts. Serve with corn chips.
