1 package Barilla manicotti
2 jars Barilla Al Forno Italian baking sauce
2 eggs
15 oz. container ricotta cheese
4c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4.c. chopped fresh parsley or 1T. dried
1/4c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom of 15 x 10 x 2" glass baking dish. In a large bowl, beat eggs, stir in ricotta cheese, 3c. mozzarella cheese, 3/4c. parmesan, parsley, and water. Spread one jar of the sauce on bottom of baking sidh. Fill each uncooked manicotti shell with cheese mixture. Arrange filled manicotti in baking dish. Top with a second jar of sauce and remaining cheeses.
Cover with foil, bake, until bubbly, about 1 hour. Uncover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
