1 c. sugar
1 1/2 stick butter
3 eggs
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
8 oz. Heavy whipping cream
3 T. Flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2-3/4 tsp. fresh nutmeg
2 Graham Cracker crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Skin hot, boiled potatoes and add to sugar mixture.
Add milk, flour, vanilla, and nutmeg.
lend until smooth. Do not scrape beaters.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees until crust begins to turn brown(10 minutes).
Turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake for half hour. Refrigerate overnight.
