4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. water
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
2 1/2 c. potatoes, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Dice vegetables as small as possible. Boil bouillon cubes in water, add celery and onion. Boil, covered for 20 minutes. Add carrots and potato, boil covered for 30 minutes. Add soup and cheese, stir until all cheese is melted.
