6 packages MF Oatmeal
2 packages MF Pudding
1/4 tsp Baking Powder per MF meal used
2 Tbsps Ground Flax
1/2 cup, plus 2 Tbsp Egg Substitute
1/2 cup SF Syrup
Water (as needed)

Optional:
1 medium sized Zucchini, grated (for use with Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix Oatmeal, Pudding, Ground Flax and Baking Powder in bowl.

Add Egg and SF Syrup and stir well. If additional moisture is needed, use water added slowly. Final mixture should be thick and should be able to press in pan with hands.

Spray oven-safe cake pan (9x13) with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. With damp hands, press mixture into pan evenly.

Cook at 350 for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Cut into 8 equal pieces and freeze separately.

-- Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Vanilla Pudding, Any flavor SF Syrup (Peanut Butter, Gingerbread, etc)
-- Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Chocolate Pudding, Vanilla or Chocolate SF Syrup
-- Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Vanilla Pudding, Vanilla or Caramel Syrup, Grated Zucchini
