2 c. bread cubes
2 c. chicken diced
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. carrots diced
1 c. celery diced
1 c. onions diced
6 eggs
3 c. of milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 c. bread cubes in a single layer in 9x13 greased pan. Cover bread with diced chicken. Sprinkle the chicken layer with cup of cheese. Cover this with layer of the vegetables. Place the second cup of bread cubes over the vegetables. Sprinkle with cup of cheese.
Combine the eggs and milk and pour over the bread. Season the top of the dish with the salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight and bake at 350 for 40 min.
